for the SIIM Annual Meeting and the Imaging Informatics Professional Symposium.

certificate will be mailed to the address the attendee submitted on the SIIM
2007 meeting registration form. Please allow up to 12 weeks for receipt of
confirmation letter/certificate.
How to Obtain CME Credit
All attendees who wish to receive physician, technologist, or medical physicist
credit must return a Verification of Attendance Form found in the SIIM 2007
meeting evaluation booklet distributed with registration materials. Tracking
numbers will be announced and displayed at the end of each educational session
and attendees are responsible for recording the session number on the
Verification of Attendance Form in order to claim the hours of credit that they
actually spend in educational activity.
Verification of Attendance Forms must be
returned to the main registration desk at the conclusion of the meeting or sent
to the SIIM office within two weeks following the meeting.
