The SIIM Housing Bureau is no longer handling new hotel reservations for the SIIM 2007 Annual Meeting.  Contact the hotels directly to check for availability and for making your hotel reservation to attend the SIIM 2007 Annual Meeting (see list below).  Please note room availability and special negotiated SIIM rates can no longer be guaranteed since it is after the May 14^th cut-off date. 

You are encouraged to continue checking daily with the hotels for reservation updates.  Changes and cancellations are made each day to existing reservations making hotel rooms available at the downtown hotels.

Based on a consistent pattern at previous SIIM annual meetings, a good number of hotels rooms will become available in the original block of downtown hotels approximately 2 weeks prior to the first day of the annual meeting.  

If you would like to make a modification to your existing reservation, you may do so with the SIIM Housing Bureau up until Friday, May 18.  Please contact Erin Degulis at the SIIM Housing Bureau at 401-456-0232 or email at edegulis@pwcvb.com to make your modification.

All changes and/or substitutions will now incur a charge of the one night’s room & tax deposit. This policy applies to early departures.

The following hotels have availability for the SIIM 2007 Annual Meeting, and are located approximately 10 miles from the Rhode Island Convention Center near T.F. Green Airport. Complimentary shuttle service is provided from the airport to/from the hotels listed below.  SIIM will provide complimentary shuttle service from these hotels to the convention center.
