Registration Categories:

entrance into the exhibit hall. Non-members may elect to add their first
year of membership for a discounted fee by registering in the New SIIM
Member category.
One Day Only:

purchased separately.
Residents/Full-Time Students Only:
Same materials as SIIM Member. Documentation of student status is
required. Student SIIM membership may be purchased for $100.
Spouse/Companion:
Spouse/Companion registration is offered to any full paying registrant for
a fee of $50. One badge per registration will be given. This
type of registration is for any individual who is not a SIIM member,
potential SIIM member or annual meeting speaker. Changes to these
badges will not be allowed while on meeting site. Includes entrance to
social events and the exhibit hall. The
Scientific Abstract Book is not included.

Registration Payments:
Payments must be made
in U.S. dollars by personal check, travelers check, VISA, MasterCard,
AMEX or Discover.
Payment in full is required to process your registration.

Registration packages
for all registered meeting attendees will be available at the main
registration desk. Packages can be picked up at the following
times during on-site registration hours:

Attendees must wear
badges at all times. Persons will not be admitted to the Exhibit Hall,
General Sessions, or Educational Sessions without the proper badge.

Cancellation/Refund
Policy:
All cancellations and
requests for refunds must be in writing and received no later than
5/14/07. Refunds are subject to an $80 administrative fee.
No refunds will be issued after Friday, May 14, 2007.
