This
one-day session addressed the knowledge gap experienced by many
PACS administrators by introducing and exploring the blend of
competencies required for imaging informatics administration. This
course was designed to assist individuals who have interest or plan to
take the Imaging Informatics Professional (IIP) certification test. It focused on topics
included in the IIP Certification Test Content Outline that are not covered in other sessions within the SIIM 2007 Annual Meeting.
